Malaysia Trip It was our Honeymoon and our first international trip...Everything was almost perfect and we had a great trip... Madhavi from trip expert helped me with my Malaysia package. She was extremely diligent and patient with our booking despite is taking more than a month to book it. All tours were also extremely well planned. I would recommend Trip expert and Madhavi.

It was really a great experience travelling Singapore with co-ordination of Trip Expert. They were very proactive at all stages from starting of making the itenary as per out requirement to providing us the vouchers and tickets. Madhvi from Trip Expert was very co-operative and very much responsive in making sure we had a great trip. Communication wise they were always available and also proactive enough in checking how our trip was going. The only conflict we found was with OCBC ticket which we had to purchase at destination but Trip Expert mentioned us it would be refunded. They also helped us in getting our flight tickets changed when Jet Airways cancelled our flight one day before and Trip Advisor helped us with best possible flight option at the minimum cost. At overall we are very much satisfied with the kind of support and service we received from The Trip Expert.

Hi,We had booked a holiday trip for Malaysia: Langkawi 3N, KL2NOur first stoppage was Langkawi. We really enjoyed our stay there. All the activities and arrangements were great1st day cruise dinner evening : We loved it, great hosts on the cruise. Mention our special thanks to them if you can2nd day SkyBridge/Oriental Village: Its one of the activities one should definitely do. Enjoyable cable car ride. Great views from up top.Sadly time given is hardly 2.5hrs to this...which is not sufficient to cover all the other activities present. My suggestion please make it at least 4hrs.3rd day Island hopping: Fun motor boat ride, lake visit, eagle feeding. Such a lovely lake in Daya bunting island(not sure if its correct name) one cannot resist a swim in that. Non swimmers please rent a life jacket and jump in the lake(i did it :P). Final island was great in itself but i am afraid hot sun had better of us. It was difficult to enjoy the beach in such heat. May be let people spend more time in Lake and less on this island i don't know.Ok from here we moved to our next stop i.e. Kuala lampur. let me tell you upfront, we were little disappointed with this leg of our vacationHotel must be great i believe, but we got room on 12 floor(Top most) and the AC was very weak. Failed to cool down the room even after keeping it on for hours. Don't get fooled by the rain, its still hot and you need AC in your rooms. Apart from that even the activities on the voucher didn't match to the things we did overall.1st Day in KL City Tour(Night): Well it was raining in the afternoon to start with so our trip which was scheduled at 5pm got delayed to 6 and then our pick up delayed it to 7pm. By this time you can guess many spots would get closed. Yet i felt there was miscommunication with regards to other activities as well. Please be mind full City Day tour is totally different then City Night tour. The long list of spots in day tour get shortened during Night tour. We had actually paid extra for private tour(as it was not available in SIT) yet the whole experience didn't feel worth it.2nd Day Genting Highland visit: Cool place to escape from the city heat. Fun place full of activities...Shopping malls, Theme park, rides, couple of adventure sports and The Casino. Only thing you should have deep pockets to enjoy all of these :P If not then i don't think one has much to do there. As its too far from the city and pick up was in the evening we kind of felt stuck there.So KL was ok for us. Better communication of what is offered and things we can do would have helped to plan it better. AnywaysAll n All it was great trip. Thanks to all the trip planners for this.

The service of travel agent was good .The trip was smooth & Hassel free everything was well coordinated.Only Hotel very poorly maintained, there was a rotten egg which was smelling bad, not cleaned properly.breakfast was worst.

The Service was Smooth & Mr. Peyush patiently answered all my questions, he helped us a lot in planning the trip. There was no hassle at any point in time. Exceptional service from the agency... No issues at all. Overall it was a Good trip.
